Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: As a courtesy to our highly sought-after aestheticians, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so that we have time to fill that appointment slot. There is a 50% or $10 cancellation fee (whichever is greater) for all appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time. The cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card we have on file. A simple text the day prior is all that is required to change your appointment. If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, please notify us before your appointment, and we will waive the cancellation fee as a one time courtesy.
